Thats the firts never known that to happen!!!get the flange welded back on and it should be fine.Also get some TRD engine mounts that will stop the engine from moveing and provent it from happening again

No you shouldn't be put off because it has a sun roof!! it just means you cant have a roll cage!!

Im sure it wont harm takeing some load off the diaphragm so yeah turn it down abit untill you sort out the problem then wack it up

Hmmmm when i had my old glanza i got my self a HKS actuator and set it at 0.8bar then a few weeks later i took the heat shield off the mani and gess what i had a crack not to bad but enuf to lose boost!!! So i got my self a standard mani and put it on and took the car for a spin and i hit fuel cut straight away so yeah if the mani is blowing get it sorted lol dont forget when it get super hot the crack will expand!!

Wow mine isnt set that far in and im boosting @1bar. Are you sure all your intercooler pipes are ok jubilee clips etc i know nut nut on here had the same problem not long ago only boosting 0.45 and he ended up haveing a small hole in his intercooler pipe work!!!

Hello Qglanz There is no real diffrence in performence they are both the same realy. The only real diffrence is that you can use the stock intake pipe (EFI pipe) & stock TMIC with the compact manifold where as you (Cant) with the Ram style manifold.

Your gauge is shit lol....Mine done the same thing but it should still give you some sort of idear what you are boosting untill you buy a good gauge just like i have done Good luck with it matey

*NOTE* Its not hard to do infact its a piece of piss lol.....I would also get your self a boost gauge so you can get the best results out of you actuator befor you hit fuel cut!!!
