Not takeing anyone side here., But if i was travelling 8hours to view a 16year old car with no mechanical experience i would of took someone with me that did. At the end of the day these cars are getting on now and even if someone says its in mint condition i would never take there word for it because it might be mint to them but not me we all have different views on things! As Adam as said you sould of tryed sorting something out with Dom befor slandering him if you had no joy then maybe shot a thread up. I understand it must be frustrating but you did by the car sold as seen.

Did you buy the car with your eyes closed? sure all these faults would of been there when viewing the car so if you hand the cash over then thats your problem.im afraid Not been a dick or out but tbh its your fault for not checking these thing befor handing the cash over... live and learn by it..

Lol this is now turned into a damage turbo thread. The point is running without a dump valve will slow the turbin down so will give you a miller second of lag lol and at the end of the day this thread is about trying to make a td04 spool quicker and a miller second of lag is just to much for my likeing Every miller second counts
