try the fcd first but i still think it sounds ignition related. this must be bursting your balls lol all these little nigley things. it will all be worth it in the end :harhar:
-
fuel cut dosent make the exhaust sound any different. what kind of noise is it? is it like being down on a cylinder? i dont know much about fcd's but I've heard people say those hks units can make your car run lean or rich im not sure which 1 lol its always active where as other units like jam or greddy only work when you come close to fuel cut so it could be that its not connected properly
-
i highley doubt it is fuel cut but keeping your foot down after hitting fuel cut isnt the brightest idea lol have a look at your leads make sure the are ok make sure the spark plugs are in proerly and dry! if that doesent work then try the lleads off your n/a engine
-
i had that about a year ago.coming on to boost it sounded like i was down on a cylinder, tried spark plugs new rotor arm and dizzy and it turned out to be the last thing on the list, ht leads try the 1's from the n/a
-
heres the pics. how do i fit my fpr? do i need anything else? also a wiring diagram for the greddy bcc? also got some spacers the other day:D filled the arches out nicley. the wheels seemed to be lost in there lol big improvement for only 8mm
-
right guys just got my fuel rail adaptor and guage through for my fpr and ivr got a Greddy bcc. how much am i looking at to have it set up to a bar? just to give me a rough idea. also I've been searching for some more info on the greddy bcc and i know they work different to the hks 1's because its a different type but what is the difference and is it just plug and play because theres no settings on it. pics to follow later today
