  1. Yeah that's correct it could be a split connector or a pipe loose or a vac pipe loose case of elimination when u av a look at it

I have a blitz spec r fitted to mine now and I noticed a difference after being mapped with it the power was smoother and delivery felt better there was no power gains as mentioned above just a better feel when driving also if u ever plan on upgrading further a boost controller will come in handy . Just my opinion mate

  4. Process off elimination I.e rotar dizzy , plugs , leads , earths etc always best to get it checked on the rollers though if u gotta adjust fuel pressure etc though mate just go steady with it and get it checked is my opinion not worth your engine going bang it could be something simple

  7. Yeah I take protein even when I'm focusing on cardio also to give that little kick before cardio try caffeine kick or super pump , jack 3d which are pre work out drinks that give u that extra kick before training

Protein is the key for muscle mass as your body needs more of it to sustain muscle and for muscle growth once u start doing some heavyset ing it's not always easy to get in actually food content as depending on it size depends how much protein u should try to intake first and for most u have to find training enjoying to a certain extent if u feel u can't be arsed when u start it won't last long focus on gettin a regime that's right for u and train hard get some natural gains or changes first then if u juice erc is what u want to try in the future then so be it there is all kinds of stuff out t
  9. Watched quiet a few things about that n I weight train so class myself as fairly fit and healthy even for a big lad but that really does deserve its title it looks fooooking hardcore
  10. In some of the better protein bars which aren't particularly big there can be up to 30g of protein in them take a while for your body to ingest that's why people can last long periods on them

It all depends what suites u I've trained on and off for around 6-7 years n not everything will be suited to u I like to be big mass wise and like to be strong so my choice of protein is USN igf 1 as it's 40g protein a serving aswel as the other good stuff in it if your looking at gaining weight than there are things like mutant mass , mass freak that will give u like 600 calories a serving etc , there are all minds of roids out there now aswel if that's what your into there's stuff to loose weight on and lean u out there stuff to bulk u up and bring muscle mass on and there stuff to build lea
