I agree mate which is why when I try to read up on em I get confused if u like t which one would be best for me or for my particular needs I mean at the mo I'm running emanage blue and that does the job for what I need at the mo but if I carried on and went for a better spec then I would be open to the such of a standalone but tbh I would probably speak with the tuner at the time and see what there input would be so I don't spend money on something that I would never use to its potential

@ Adamb I agree with what it says bit most of us wouldn't need nor run all of these features that come with the top spec ecu's so it become overkill and pointless to have so a cheaper option would be more beneficial to most of us out there that's what I was getting at and the next bit would be I use the same tuner for all my work as there reliable and do a good job with what I want from my ep so if I went an took a 5k management system to them that they had never used before or a dta that they used regularly what would give me the better outcome IMO it all comes down to bang for buck and the tuner experience with the equipment u choose the system is only as good as the tuner mate

My opinion is though it depends what your tuner is comfortable with mapping as u could spend 4k on an ecu and still get crap results if your tuner doesn't know how to use it properly @ azz think there is a few ep's being mapped on the wolfs now and dta's for the money u can get em for seem to be a very good bit of kit dude
