I've had the same convo with a couple of folk as that's what I'm planning on doing and I've been told yes cuz going external gate boost may come in slightly quicker and will hold said boost level alot better through the rev range than actuator so your map will need tweeking that's what's I've been told maybe some one else can confirm or disagree though dude
