I will be running a forged engine at somepoint in the future, I run a K24 on standard internals running at .5 bar low and .8 bar high - need to sort out my manifold as it has a crack but once its all sorted ill pop it on the dyno and get a figure. im running a HKS PFC F-CON ecu with a fuel controller unit and also a sard RRFPR. best turbo ive ever bought!
There is a website that can do them all you need is the number on your key - I will find it later, my mate lost his keys and we got one from there and it worked!

used them quite a few times, as said above, tape the wheels in pairs, seems to be met with a nicer courier coming to pick them up lol. never had a problem, theyve been very efficient to be fair and competitive pricing.
I have a full cylinder head which had a skim that I havent listed, I should have the valve springs somewhere from my other head, pop me a PM to remind me.
