when you think about it its impossible for your wheels still to be in the same place. the rod is fitted at an angle from its mointing point at the offside rear to the rear axle at the nearside rear. if you raise the car its naturally pull the nearside rear wheel in and if you lower it its going to push it out. not trying to cause an argument but you should defo check your wheels incase you have misunderstood which way you should check them. for example the first time i lowered my car and checked i was looking for the wheels being like off centre in the arch as apposed to checking how far there were from the face of the arch. even a little bit off is gonna effect handling and probably not gonna be to good for shocks or axle bushes either. thats just my opinion anyway.

i cant help but think no wonder lorrys jackknife everywhere. in that mega snow we got last year only one lane of the M 8 was usable pretty much and a lorry just flies past at like 60mph. no wonder theres accidents. so many people dont know what the hell they are doing in winter weather.

i assume when u say left lane u mean the road approaching the round about from your left. It depends if the road you were going onto had 2 lanes and also if you were going from fastlane across into the fastlane again in which case the other car should have been able to take a left into the slowlane. or was he going straight on ? sounds like his fault tho since u were on the roundabout.

had those symptoms and mine was ringland. TWICE lol. i never noticed smoke from exhaust but mates behind me told me they seen a fair amount when i floored it. also had a little smoke come out the rocker breather when accelerating.

its usually really bad when your rings are gone or piston ringland. i had mine off for about 1 second when mine was gone and it covered the wing and my tshirt in oil spatters. compared to having next to nothing on my hand when i rebuilt it and done the same. its the excess blowby. id do a comp test tho
