I only get to work on the thing every 2 weeks and in that time i usually forget how mental it looks, its not till i see it again that im like...........'wow, this thing is insane'. Was good to meet ya too Gav. Like ya say the pictures don't do it justice, even the fact that its tucked away ihn the corner of the workshop doesn't help. Once its rolled outside it looks just mental, and don't worry all you have to do is ask and i will take ya out for a spin ;) Anyway, *** Update Time *** Got a few things delivered this week as its been pay day and i have got a few parts done to the buggy. Firstly i got my 255lph uprated fuel pump from Tuning Developments arive on saturday, can't recomend them enough, excelent service from the outset! Then Tuesday my intercooler arived from Toyosports, again fantastic service from the start. Went for a slightly smaller cooler but it will do the job and is getting mounted just under the top bar at the back so should get plenty of air. 2.5' core and 2.5' inlet/outlet so the pipework is now ALL the same diameter! Then thursday my intercooler silicone parts arived from SFS. SFS are brilliant!!!!!! I will be dealing with these guys again as they are one of the best companies i have had the pleasure to deal with. I phoned them on wednesday morning at 9am and the guy i spoke to was a legend! He said that my hoses where currently being made and promised i would have them the following day as i needed them for fitting on friday. They arrived the next day at 8:30am and i LOVE them. Think they speak for themselves, what ya think Sparky??? and on the cooler........ colour match next to the Porshe viper green, its close, think its closer to kawasaki green... Then managed to get the 2 fuel tank baffles knocked up throughout the week, from 3mm ally. Then took yesterday off work to get up to TGT and begin the weld fest! I spent the day working out placement of parts and even got a few bits fitted and helped James with the fuel tank where i could. James is a flippin legend and i had one of the best days working on the buggy in a long time. He managed to get the fuel cell complete and its just awsome, i don't know what else to say but knowing that he is doing the fabrication parts i can't do myself makes me know i have taken the buggy to the right place. I could not build this without his help, FACT!!!! first parts tacked....... box............ with baffles........ flattening the top piece in place with a small hammer......... Just finished, welding is awsome.......... and in its new home, will look even better when i mirror polish it up........... Got the new uprated pump fitted also and all the in tank connectors finished, apart from the fuel pump wires that just need a few crimps. Also just chucked the rocker cover back on to work out the placement of the catch can etc. Will be coming back off again soon to be polished up more............. Unfortunately i didn't have the time to get up there today to get on with it but yesterday i paid James to get the intercooler mounted and all the pipework to be welded and fitted and the HKS ssqv adaptor welded on also. I haven't spoken to him yet but im hoping he got most of it knocked out and hopefully have some pics soon....... Thats it for now............. Jason

Doubt anyone will have video footage mate? Is yours the same type thats in the picture i posted? If so it shows clearly how it should look fitted. If it don't work then just refit the old one. Jason

LOL actually No! I mean workshop as in workshop, so a mill, lathe, bandsaw, mig welder etc I think the Demon will probably stay in Basingstoke when im not driving it. Bit of a bummer as its like 30 miles away but i don't have the room. Maybe if i get a HUGE garage but i doubt it will happen. Anyway, enough with going stupidly off topic Looking good Steve, keep up the good work. I look forward to the updates on this as i know they will be epic as always

Jay, after a little search i found this picture of a bailey dump valve fitted. This hopefully should answer your questions? My GT came with the same valve before i cut the thing into pieces, still have the BOV somwhere........ Jason

LOL We are saving for a house at the moment, we are trying to get to 30k (currently have just shy of 25k) but i may just state from the start that one of the rooms will be the Manroom, although if we can get a house with a garage then that will be converted to a workshop

Well im down the road but don't actually own a Glanza, just most of one As for the dump valve thing, the part Josh has cirlced is where you need to fit your dump valve. You may need to buy a reducer bend if your dump valve doesn't fit in the end of tha pipe thats circled. I have a fake HKS SSQV that i bought from ebay for less than £30 so they ain't too expensive, well the fake ones anyway

I flippin hate dentists! Had a route cannal done a few weeks back and they just temp filled it, then went back last week to have it properly filled. Dentist said that as she destroyed all the nerves last time that i don't need any injections. After a few minutes of drilling she discovered that she hadn't got rid of all the nerve and drilled into one! Almost jumped out of the bloody chair the pain was that bad

Thanks mate Don't worry there will be passenger rides all round when its done, not going to want to park it up, just going to be driving everywhere!!!!! I wish i had done something like this sooner to be honest. I know it looks like i know what im doing but i don't really! Im pretty much picking it up as i go along but i have learnt so much its unreal. I don't see myself ever selling this so want the best parts i can.
