    My mate had an A4 1.8T he spent shitloads on. Loved that car, was like a proper sleeper! That's given me a bit of time and respect for that era of VW, but i'd still love a mint mk2 GTI with a 1.8T lump in it!

    Failing finding anything with the turbo, check for tiny cracks in the manifold or decat too Ryan. As Socks said check your nuts too (ew errrr!)

    Yeah fair play. I was tempted to get a Buddy Club Spec 2, but I dunno if I could handle that noise all the time. Be interesting to hear this on a system with a resonator in comparison to yours.
