  1. hey mate....burnham here...finally seen sense and opted for fte powwer!!!
  2. mmmm been on the website for camskill...and there isnt no inner cv joint fot sale!!!
  3. is it possible to buy an inner cv joint kit for starlet driveshafts?? i havent seen them anywere?!? also can anyone tell me slpine count for n/a shafts?? and is it the same for both inner and outer joints??
  4. also im pretty sure i have sportif hubs and shafts...will the special lsd shaft fit the hub, and will the sportif shaft fit the gearbox??
  5. do you think the rear mount for the oem lsd will fit a sportif shell??
  6. cool scot-ish i will if i uprate the actuator to a hks unit will it improve spooling
  7. one more question on wastegates...do you know if they open more and more and rpm increases to sustain the same boost pressure...or do they just open a certain amount and stay there??
  8. yhh i suppose!! i think i am going 2 do it this way!! thanks for the input mate
  9. yes but not the answers i need...like this is a good example or a conventional pcv system: id imagine the hose closest to the filter in the diagram on a starlet is were the recirc bov is...but when people have been plumbing in a oil catch tank to vent 2 atmosphere they have been plumbing this line into the tank!! the way in which you put the fumes back into the inlet mani you put a filter on this part of the rocker cover. but i want to vent 2 atmosphere though...and do it proplerly. you c my what i mean?? does it matter if you dont get clean air into the system?? can you just use this por
  10. yhh im gonna defo change it...hks sounds like the choice!! i was just curious about the input and output on it...how does it even open the wastegate when it has an output!?! i presume through the softness of it?!?
  11. the actuator on the ct9 is real soft...is that because it has an input and an output?? because the actuator isnt sealed like conventional ones its got to be set so it doesnt take very much pressure to open the wastegate??
  12. soo coming from the pcv valve to the catch tank...then from the tank to another pcv valve then to the inlet?? if i want 2 vent to atmosphere what do i do?? also my recirculating bov isnt plumbed in...so the breather isnt doing anything...will this cause problems?? and is this part of the system for letting in air into the crankcase for circulation??
  13. this 1 bud...not a very gud picture but hard 2 find
  14. yhh i il try getin 1 off the internet...because i aint home yet so cant take 1...
  15. id just like 2 say thank you all for being very welcoming and answering all my queries...I've had a lot of fiddly problems which i never could have sorted without your help and patience!!! cheers guys!!!
  16. i was thinking just a two port tank with no breather filter would cause it to pretty much recirculate back into the rocker cover wouldnt it?!?!
  17. im going 2 purchase an oil catch tank for practical purposes and to dress up the engine bay...just wondering how to correctly plumb one in?? do they connect to the two breather holes on the top of the rocker cover?? and do i want one with a little filter on it as well...or just a two port one??
  18. there is a module at that is bolted to the firewall with loads of vacuum line running on it...is it something to do with the idle control when the air con is on?? im not running air con but apparently its needed...is this true??
