  6. winz! however, steady on with that change of wheels chat! i said u could borrow them for MOT! not steal them like some highwayman! u filthy swine! also, Mike will be epic in that car! she'll be racing everything. EVERYTHING! Phil.
  7. very good but there is one thing i disagree with. you say the cone filter gets cold air - yes, u have retained the stock feed, but that thing will also be sucking in plenty of warm air from the bay. the cones are prettier than the airboxes, but performance wise, i personally prefer a panel in a box as it is heat shielded to a certain degree and more stable, and it worked nicely on my n/a and continues to work safely on my FTE. however, that being said, thats a good base you have yourself for modding dude, keep us posted. Phil.
  8. coolio dude, perhaps in time yeah i'll look into that, you're the second person to suggest that, the first is a work colleague who owns alfas, so food for thought. hopefully gettin her taxed today so will have her on the road tomorrow. ordered a bee-sting ariel and two black metal tax disc holders with the alfa logo engraved into them. Phil.
  9. track car? fuck no. that invloves paying for track cover, paying for trackskills, a tow bar, a trailer, a helmet...bollox to that. she's getting stripped out as a fast use road toy for fair weather. cheers joel man, there's gonna be some sound deadening and fibreglass with your name on it. Phil.

  15. indeed, now way off topic. i did state i wasnt pickin an argument in my original post. Dean has contacted the relevant parties and the matter is resolved. thread off topic therefore closed. Dean rocks. End of. Phil.
  16. round and around you and i go in circles eh D?? one person puts words in the others mouth, the other retorts with exactly the same. and so it will probably continue until one of us gets sick of starlets and leaves. some folk are clearly destined to love one another, like myself and Bower, some folk are clearly destined to simply never see eye to eye, which is u and I. i never "said" that you said dean was a thieving git, i was defending a trader as is my want as admin, yet from my post it was nice and easy for you to twist that and imply that i was making that implication about your post. i
  17. biggest WIN post of the year by far! health to Jack to drive! Phil.
  18. lol, "did i say he was?" ok D. ok. fair enough. Phil.
  19. not panicking but asked for a refund? a refund after a little more than a week? from an established trader?? jeez man bit harsh no? i understand u paid money for it, but taking the attitude that patience is not a virtue when your paying for somethin is a bit much no? still quicker than learning how to make it yourself, then actually making it yourself, successfully. im not picking an argument, but some of the comments are just unreasonable. its reasonable to not have any patience just because your paying for something?? im not ringing the body shop that have my new car demanding they work nit
  20. nope, ask Jay, its in Gerard's quadlight. Phil.
