  1. leave it at 12 untill you have all the required mods to turn the boost up. and then have some1 set it up pproperly with a wideband

  4. from your thread mate, it seems like youve done wat you aimed for, and its time for you to move on. it seems like youve made your own decision. im not gunna be one of these, oh dont move on etc, there are bigger and better things out there. we will all move on eventually.

  10. i wouldn never fit a stock flywheel that has been lightened, too many dangers, and thinking of the way the engine-gearbox are aligned, if it fails, its coming through the dash into your face. on a higher note, if thats your car in the signature, its pretty sweet
  11. no before you up the boost on yer car, you really need a manifold, decat, upgraded intercooler, and for sure, some sort of fuel controlling, wether it be FPR, or emanage etc, if i wer you, i would get the FCD out of there, untill you have the rest of the supposrting mods
  12. would be sad to see it broken, its a lovely car. but you might struggle to sell the engine, if your having the problems you are with it.

  14. if it says 0.8 and then judders, thats your boost cut, generally the ecu light comes on aswell
  15. depends on the coin, on ere, 2nd hand, nick at TM developments does a good deal, with it mapped, but hes in manchester, and maidstone os a fair treck, or if you got the cash, get emanage ultimate instead
  16. got a boost gauge? if not, should get one boost cut will only be when your gunning it.
  17. plenty kits forsale, monster motorsport has one dont have to upgrade your ecu, but would need a fuel regulator, and the decat. this is known as the crude way. better is to get an emanage setup, and have it mapped
  18. sounds like its in safe mode, but that would bring on the ecu light
  19. strange one. so once it gets to 5000 rpm, it wont go above that, and soon as it gets to 5000 rpm, the boost drops to 0?? once once you slow down, and then speed up, im assuming it just repeats this? dump valve, , but youve changed it? wastegate gettin stuck open. youve dropped to standard boost, so is this happening, at a certain rpm, or a certain level of boost, for example, it always happens at 0.7 bar? or it always happens at 4500 rpm?

  21. i nearly bought a supercharged on whilst was waiting on a good starlet to pop up, and i would swap my starlet tomoz for a good mx5. to be fair, i dont think there that good to learn to drift, they are to snappy, its easier to learn to drift with a longer car.
