As Gaz mentioned there are many available but it depends on your budget and needs. The Greddy unit is very popular amongst the Glanza owners, retains the aircon and has the best piping sizes for the CT9. The Blitz is also good but a little bigger. You can go custom or we can also supply WEPR coolers which will be listed shorty. We also have some autobahn88 intercooler kits on the way which will be well priced. Thanks for the interest and if you have any more questions don't hesiate to ask. Best Regards, Toby

What Have You Beaten In Your GT/Glanza?
Toby@ToyTuning.com replied to Marc's topic in Lifestyle General
The car (GT) only weighs 750kg (Fully stripped, not even a dash) and runs on a Blitz k26 turbo running 1.5 bar producing just over 300bhp on a link ecu. The mod list is huge as it's our Toy Tuning demo car but all will be revealed soon Cheers Toby -

lol but very true, not forgetting we have 400bhp/tonne in our 1.3 which is a 1/3 more than a Sagaris. Even so it's always nice to give tracksters a little fright. Cheers Toby -

I've caused a TVR Sagaris to loose it around Camp Corner into the gravel pit (Castle Combe), intimidation of a 1.3 I don't know -
Blitz K24 with manifold sard wastegate
Toby@ToyTuning.com replied to NightSpirit's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Between 250-300bhp with a decent manifold, with the oem unit around 220bhp all dependant on amount of boost, cooling efficiency etc etc.. There good units and not that laggy depending on many variables. It's quite a shabby kit but you should be able to pick up for a good price. The turbo's are also common on many German marques so you can replace without the need for a rebuild. Best Regards, Toby -

Sparky's Carbon Clad Glanza Replica
Toby@ToyTuning.com replied to Sparky's topic in EP91 Progress Blogs
Hi Si, Importing fenders for Elliot is relatively simple as they come via EMS (Express Mail Services) due to the size. Importing a full body kit is a different story as there very large, way over the EMS/SAL limits. They have to come via SEA so can take a good few months, not to mention it's a very rare kit you wanted, what can we say you have exquisite taste! I'll give my suppliers a call later and see where there at with progress. The Starlets are rare cars, as you know you can't ring Halfords and order the kit so naturally many parts can take longer. Any how thanks for your patience and S -
Hi Elaine, I've sent you a message on TGTT if you still need a ct9 as one of my customers has one for sale. Kind Regards, Toby

Your never too old -
A 10w 40 semi good quality oil will be fine with regular changes. Oil technology has come a long way in the past 20 years. We run the same Shell Helix 10w 40 semi in our 300bhp GT demo car and 70bhp run around Starlet. Kind Regards, Toby@ Toy Tuning

Evo Vs. Scooby - which do you prefer?
Toby@ToyTuning.com replied to SiCaln's topic in Lifestyle General
Personal preference would be a nice EVO 6. There both fantastic cars but the EVO's are a little rarer with the price to match. If I owned a scooby I would remove the unequal length manifold and install an equal one for a unique sound as am a little tied of that traditional sound Kind Regards, Toby@ Toy Tuning -
engine conversion?
Toby@ToyTuning.com replied to nick gt turbo's topic in Alternative Engine Discussions
As ecks stated I would concentrate on the manifold and exhaust next as there pretty restrictive. Kind Regards, Toby@ Toy Tuning -
A lot depends on the tire compound & driving style but the chart J posted will a give a good indication of where to start. We personally prefer to run 28 all round on UK roads but we run semi slicks so a little different to conventional sport tires. Kind Regards, Toby@ Toy Tuning

Hi there, The performance stock for stock is quite noticeable although the NA variants are pretty nippy for what they are. We used to own an SR many years ago and converted it to 4efte which is the stock GT/Glanza engine. Being turbo they have a lot of potential over the NA. With regards to insurance groups most companies grade them as a 14 although this does vary from place to place. Shop around and see the best you can find, from experience Elephant are pretty good although we now have trade insurance. We have a few more on route as well as the cheaper GT's so if you need any help then do -

suspension handling for rough roads(discusion)
Toby@ToyTuning.com replied to a topic in Chassis & Suspension
Coilovers can be bought in many different forms, there's a common mis-conception that there too hard. Coilovers are dependant on the spring and bound rates. You can honestly buy coilovers and repliacte the standard suspension, you could even make them softer if you wanted too. There no different from shocks and springs except there complete rather than seperate. I have Tein type flex with 4kg front and rear springs for the road, these compensate for the bumpy/uneven surfaces whilst still giving good chassis response. When I run on the track I use 10kg front and rear which is prefect for the tr -

As mentioned as long as you use bonnet pins you should have no trouble at all, we use the embeded carbon ones like they sell on driftworks. Kind Regards, Toby
