I fit mine the opposite way to that, braking is improved,wear is increased a bit and are a bit noisier under braking but your way is the usual way people fit em. ;)

Do not insure a car like that on a TPFT policy! They are proper cars with decent power that will be a lot more potent than your GT, will give you more confidence in the car so you push it harder and......well.......if you stuff it........i wouldn't want to be footing the bill for repairs! Do a FC policy and you'll find it wont be much more for a lot more piece of mind. The only time i ever did a TPFT was my skyline and that got fucked up with no claim on insurance possible...that was 2Ks worth of damage i had to sort or sell it.
