  1. First lesson learnt.....universal fits fuck all......do it cheap....do it twice!!! Secondly any other garage will charge a lot because they are fixing someone elses fuck up ;) thirdly if you are gonna get an exhaust fitted buy a specific exhaust for the car or get a decent company to make one up for ya. Powerflop aint a decent company! They've pissed me around before with a cat back system for my old GT4 that was nothing more than a backbox and 18" of pipe for £300! Needless to say i ripped them at the franchise and the owner of powerflop a new arsehole and it was sorted out event
  2. What a pile of shite! If you are good enough to pass then you pass If you are not good enough.....funnily enough you fail! ;) Some more people who have licences really needed to fail their test going by their lack of driving ability today!
  3. What year GT do you have?? You may have them already. They are standard units on early GT's that have been modded. More hassle than it's worth IMO and look shit on black cars. Early standard units look a lot better than bodged clears.

  6. Nice mini. by the way theres no such thing as a jasma exhaust ;) It's a mark all jap exhausts seem to have to meet certain limits on noise etc i believe.

  8. One i repaired following a careless owner! And 1 that didn't make it!
  9. Took me 2hrs first time could remove and refit in 45 mins after i'd done a couple of times.
  10. Blocked oil lines possibly? Probably some damage to the turbo bearings if you've run it with no oil reaching it.
  11. Easy when you've done it before, you need to remove and drain the rad,EFI pipe, remove turbo, then mani. Turbo will be a bastard to get to the rear left bolt. soak all studs in penetrating fluid at least overnight then you will need mucho brute force to remove the old studs if they've never been off before. A good 1.5 hrs work tbh possibly more. ;) The more space you make the better DEFFO remove the rad, remember to buy new coolant for it too. Red 4life from toyota. Good luck.....your gonna need it! ;)

    Mine all said starlet and 1.3 for engine size. As long as you insured it as a turbo there shouldn't be an issue!

  18. I take it you are having a bad day! That outburst is pretty silly IMO geo. I don't have a starlet these days.... i don't see what the problem is there! Harrison is a friend of mine who i know and have met many times, if he can help he will! Knows his stuff on many things talks a lot of crap too but hey who dosn't! Yes cal can appear daft...does things his own way and does get it wrong like we all do.... unfortunatley like many teenagers appears not to listen. Text can be taken many ways it's all how it's read as well as written. I have met him and is a decent guy but has tried to go too far
