Any cat 1 will be suffient mate, forget a turbo timer they are a waste of cash anyway! Some alarms won't work with a TT not sure which tho.

Do it cheap.....do it twice Get the basics sorted, HT leads,plugs and a good service first. A manifold and actuator will be a good place to start tuning.If your fuel pump is on it's way out then change it if not don't waste your cash it's not needed till you are 200bhp+. Save for the bits you need and get the best bits you can to save buying stuff twice. How are you gonna get it mapped on just RRFPR and injectors??? No management to map there ;)

Woulda been easier to buy one with it fitted surely ;) Theres plenty out there to choose from anything retro fitted is likely to be expensive and or awkward to do

It's not that hard mate, the tight 90degree bends are out of the cooler, the bit with the lil sticky up bit is from the throttlebody at the top (top of standard top mount) the bit with the flange comes off the top of turbo the rest just joins up to the other bits. Somthing like this

You could use a silicone sealer to seal around the broken D/V. You can rev the car from under the bonnet by using the throttle cable by hand carefully

It's designed to run on 100RON so running it on 95RON will be not doin it much good! The GT4 i sold recently blew up after the new owner decide to run it on 95RON fuel.....buggered the engine in no time! Cheaper to run it on the right fuel than rebuild an engine

I don't know why you lot always use the bloody V power stuff when tesco's stuff is 99RON and cheaper It's good enough for WRC cars so it's plenty good enough for the likes of your car and mine All my imports are run on tesco's stuff.
