Year: 2000/W Make: Volkswagen Model: Golf 1.6 SE Tax: June/July 2013 MOT: November 2013 (11 months) Mileage: 63059~ - will increase due to daily use. Description: For sale is my 2000 Flash Red Volkswagen Golf 1.6 SE. It's been a really good car to me during my ownership and as it is an SE model it comes packed with all the extras + more that I have added over time. It has only covered 63000 miles genuine - which for an almost 13 year old car is brilliant, with full service history up to 49000 miles then serviced at a local garage since my ownership. The car has had its cambelt and water pump along with its most recent service done at 61292 miles with receipts to prove. It is also HPI clear with a printout available. I also have all the original invoices and receipts from when the car was brand new in a folder too, so a lot of documented history. It is a very comfortable daily driver, and a good long distance car too. Good luck with the sale, been in this car and can hand on heart say its truly one of the cleanest of it's kind, well maintained and a low mileage example, and it'd be such a nice addition to an existing collection of cars or on it's own as a sole car to use, steal at this price IMO.

Is this the 184bhp model by the way? These things are actually quite quick too.

Love the coral red and piano black combo mate, easily one of my favourite combos on an E92, especially with those 313M wheels! These look good with carbon splitters and a lip spoiler especially with that colour.

Needs more lows. Still one of my favourite N/A's man! Just sort out some remote central locking next to save embarassment ;)

Thanks guys, luckily we're all okay now.. And nah not getting another starlet as it just wouldn't be the same - this car was in the family nearly 12 years and I grew up with it.. especially ain't getting another if insurance decide to f*ck me over and I'm kind of traumatised by this crash so probably a 1.2 Polo or something solid, safe with ABS for now.. parts for sale. Shafz.

No other cars involved, happened out of my own stupidity, wet curve and too much confidence, then lack of ABS = locking up, hitting the kerb which flung me into the lamppost.. Shafz.

Thankfully me and the front passenger were fine, the rear passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt and now has 6 deep stitches in his head.. valuable lesson learnt from this for all of us.. RIP My N/A, Gonna break her soon, some parts for sale already! Shafz.

This happened to me the other day, also locked mine in the ignition, had to get my dad to call the AA and do this, luckily it was on a really hot day so I didn't mind being out in the sun, looking at my n/a with the gf haha.. now everytime before I get out the car I take the keys out the ignition and pass em to my passenger, if alone I try to remember them.. I've also had this happen to me before at 3am many miles from home, but I left my window a little bit open and had to break into my own car :| Shafz.
