  1. I am this Mauritian friend! Welcome to UK Starlet Owners, nice to see more Mauritians on here, I'll be back over there soon such a good starlet scene back home! Get some pics up of your car
  2. Yes then Amjdad! Roj's MB6 is looking lush in the pictures man, stop photobombing him! Nice to catch up with you again, and you to catch up with me and pull a length on Gran Turismo A6! You were young when I first saw you.. Glad to see you got a majority of the work sorted, love this little thing it soldiers on!
  3. Jim I've got you on snapchat, I've still got the BMW but have an EP3 too Don't get an 8L/1st gen S3, I've driven mapped ones and my mates got an unmapped one and they're such boring cars to drive, they've offered to swap with my EP3 many times and yeah the quattro is great but they're so so boring.
  4. Slightly biased but EP3 Type R, any day. I've owned mine for coming up to a year now and it's been utterly reliable other than maintenance. The power delivery as expected with a Honda with VTEC/i-VTEC is peaky but the combination of the K20A2 and the close ratio 6 speed is wonderful. As mentioned above they handle amazingly but this does sacrifice ride comfort day to day. They're not cheap cars to modify at all but then most N/A cars aren't. As for practicality there's more space in the back of my EP3 than there is in my E90 325i and I use it for carrying things in the boot a lot more as
  5. I think I've seen this around a lot unless there's another blue Glanza around! If so I was in shell Clapham the same time as you yesterday in my black EP3 type R! The SSQV sounded good as you pulled out of Shell man! Also seen it parked up on Eardley road
  6. Got the limited edition on PS4, it's brilliant if you play with mates, the story is short though but it's fun hooning about across America in convoys and roll racing etc...
  7. Nope mines a 52 plate, I know which type R you're talking about though, mines a black 52 plate with a loud angled exhaust lol Local meet anyone? Seeing as you lot are in Heath/Norbury/Vale and I'm in Tooting, any local meets around that you know of?
  8. I see that Glanza S around Streatham Vale, especially near the tyre shop and Shell on Rowan Road, local to the area I see, if you see a black EP3 type R with an angled back box and wind deflectors it's me give us a beep
  9. Not mine but this is local to me, do you own a Glanza by any chance? Seen a fair few popping up in the area
  10. I think Tanveer21 on here owns this
  11. N reg standard Glanza it seemed, coming off church lane roundabout this was last Thursday (29th June). Then Friday 30th June towards Trinity road I saw a white 98spec Glanza a few cars behind me in traffic, are you on here?
  12. Spotted you coming round Amen corner, CF bonnet and yellow tinted fogs, I think you had 98 spec tails too, nice motor, you on here?
  13. Ahh I'm local to there and they've had a fair few nice motors there, did you part ex your V? Might see it out and about if I haven't already
  14. Looks really good man especially with the camber, annoying how when you're in London I'm not! Lovely car as you know and yeah get some spacers on and roll the arches and it'll sit perfectly! Must handle better than my car now ;)
  15. Spotted you at the tyre shop next to the Shell on Rowan Road getting a tyre changed, not sure if you were a rep or genuine Glanza, white Glanza though, was gonna stop and talk to you whilst getting fuel but there was a queue! Are you on here?
  16. Is that the one by Thornton heath pond spirit-racing? They always have decent motors there, slammed golf's etc If you're not from around here the pond isn't really a pond it's like a stupid one way roundabout thing with a few sets of lights
  17. Spotted you going around Amen Corner and I've previously spotted you at Valley park. Black quadlight with Toms spoiler and alloys I couldn't see (was in motion). As far as I know when I had my GT you were the only other black GT I'd seen in the area (probably the only one at all now) are you on here?
  18. IS220d's are amazing cars, if I needed a diesel I'd get one in a heartbeat! What stud pattern/offset is needed? I'm interested in this too.
  19. You're local to me, I believe I've spotted this too but never found out who owns it! It's the only other boosted starlet I saw around here whilst I still had mine
  20. When I was 19 I was insuring a MK4 Golf 1.6 SE in London (1yrs NCB) for £834 for 10 months, then a month after starting this policy I got my old GT and insured it as a GT for £220 extra so ~£1054 for 9 months or so on a GT. This was at 19, Me as main driver and both parents on policy as named, 1 years 9 months license and 1 years no claims bonus, in an F rated postcode in London. When I changed from my GT to my 325i with 2 months remaining on the policy, I got charged an additional £150. so I'd think a GT would have been around £1300 a year for me at 19 anyway.
  21. Welcome! Great pictures, I'd love to go Reunion one day because I'm Mauritian! I like the stock look the car has it must surprise people!
  22. Wing mirror could be for an E90 3 series or an E87 1 series, But I own a 3 series and the door handle matches a 1 series more so assuming they're off the same car.. 1 series.
  23. Someone from my college did a fricking vile one. I was nearly sick just watching it. Dumb dumb idea imo.
  24. Seen this in the metal, saw it go against Amjads GT in the metal, properly quick car this is, and the kit REALLY suits it in real life - don't get rid of it IMO it looks menacing in person. Can't wait to see what else is in store for this, I expect to see you and Amjad go for round 2 at Japfest2 ;)
