the r8 is amazing i was looking at one on holliday i didnt like it from the pics id seen but in the flesh it is something else i saw one of the new m3's troo bit it had was silver and had a carbon boot lip spoiler and black wheels it ooked pure sex

just wanted to say hello. Not been on for a few weeks. Hope everyone is well. Its beautifull here in abu dhabi 42 degress yesterday seen one starlet so far a white gt. Just a quick one not done much since jae. I removed and refitted the seats properly re-welded the mounts and gave tham a lick of hammerite!!! have taken delivery of some snazzy orange Toms harness pads as well as fitting the TRD graphics i had custom made at jae with orange instaed of red!!! next a propper service after i get back of my holls!!!

id go for the jacking up option too!!! i was once told that when cv joints are on the way out inner cv joint usually click/knock when going in a straight line and outer when turning!!! does anyone know if this is true??

Well, we're home & it was good fun to get to drive something we can't afford!!!! If we'd have had a couple more goes, I could have got around a bit faster! Both got round in under 30s, I got round in 22.72 in the mx5 & 23.something in the rx8. Both handle really well, obviously the mx5 is a little better due to its size! You didn't really get to test the power as the track isn't long enough & you didn't get out of 2nd gear. Still, its odd having a mazda man telling you to brake, turn, turn hard, power...POWER, as he's letting you drive the nice shiny 07 car!!! I might go back tomorrow & have another go, see if I can get those times down!
