im currently getting a forged motor from TM and im wanting to make the right choice of turbo first time i have a td04 kit now already and previously used but im not sure if it is the best one i can run. I have n20 on a progressor for lag issues, please some one help me so i can stop doing so much bloody homework lol my typing fingers are killing lol danny

right guys and gals, starting to build the engine after christmas heres my shopping list please add more if you notice anything ive mist: forged pistons and rods (still to decide on manufacture) gearbox dash loom and engine loom gt clocks car management td04 kit all sensors exhaust (will a gt turbo exhaust fit, td04 kit is off a 91) engine damper kit shit loads of work

Loads of shit can't get on to page but it takes to sensor to activate a airbag, either front and side or something like a central crash sensor

check the boost pipes as above but also check that you havent knocked a vac pipe or the d/v isnt stuck open

Thanks for the info guys, I'm wanting to do it properly and try and max out a 4efte Now to just see how much They can take as Theres a debate at work I wanna settle The mapping will be spot on thanks to Dave Rowe at eps, anyone recommend a set of rods compatable with JE pistons as that's the route I'm going down I heard about some custom one built by corrilo???

Right half way through forge rebuild as bottom end started knocking are rod needed if not what horse power boot/nitrous can they take, because scat rods I've seen I've heard really bad reviews on them cheers dan
