I'd have to do some checking, but the T10 2-pots are roughly £62+vat/pr less than the T20 4-pots. The discs are the same price as the 275x22 ones from the 4P107 kit, brackets/lines/bolts etc will be the same too. So including discs, about £380+vat maybe - excluding discs (lots of people will already have them!), about £325+vat. You also need lines which are the same price, pads are £35.94+vat for EBC Red, £45.60+vat for EBC Yellow, £34.18+vat for Ferodo DS3000, £32.48 for Ferodo 4003, £26.50+vat for Wilwood B10, £36.50+vat for Wilwood B20. LOADS more makes support the pad shape, same as the T

I'm pondering releasing a 2-pot front kit! It uses the EP91 etc 254mm front discs and easliy fits under 14" front wheels. The Lotus Elise uses a similar 2-pot front caliper with a pad that's approx 77x50x14 (38cm/2 ish). The WMS T10 pad is smaller, at approx 48x42x12.5 (20cm/2 ish), but high temperature compounds are cheap in the WMS format. Piston area in the largest piston version of the T10 is 85.7% of the 48mm-piston Starlet caliper though so you will get a bias shift to the rear if you already have 258mm discs - if you DON'T have 258mm discs you should see a more sensible bias at the fro

Cheers Jay - sorry I didn't reply to your PM, am trying like mad to get insurance quotes before Easter!!! Glad to hear the WMS bits did the business at Brands Hatch though, need to get back there soon myself.

Worth noting that Celica calipers have much bigger pistons though, I've been told you get a soft pedal and the numbers suggest too much of a bias shift to the front. To give you an idea, WMS Starlet kits use 1.38/1.38" pistons, our Celica kits use 1.62/1.75" pistons to match the original Celica calipers!

Sure, here's the WMS stuff: www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index.php?showforum=234 As for bias, you can "turn down" the rear caliper with a valve but that's not a good idea for the front - and there's no way to "turn up" the rear to match an oversize front. All you can do is find a bias master cylinder, chances are the only way to get it right would be a twin-master bias pedal box.

The Coupe kits we do for the 16vT etc are a different bolt mounting pattern to the Starlet ones - so if you have sliding Coupe calipers on carriers I'm pretty sure they won't fit... (ie, they won't fit if the bolts are 100mm apart) Only other thing off the top of my head is the Coupe piston area is much larger than the Starlet, which could mess up the bias and/or result in a soft pedal!

E30s are cool by me - they buy loads of my brakes! My brother's got a Touring with a 3.5 lump, and two E30 WMS customers have the SR20DET. Here's one: http://www.youtube.com/user/f0xy2006 Here's the other spitting flame at Brands: ...and the same customer being chased by another E30 with a 1UZFE V8 : People also use the Cossie YB-T, the Supra straight-6 and the heaps of other BMW engines in the E30. So you're putting the 3SGTE in a Mk3 MR2 next? What gearbox etc?

No problem! Are you doing another conversion then or do you mean when you were doing this one?

Is that a beam axle on the back on the EP85 4x4? Interesting!!!

From within a photobucket album you can either "tick" all the photos you want to use, or at the bottom you can tick "select all" - then from the Choose Action drop-down click "Generate link codes for all selected", then it gives you a few choices - under "IMG for bulletin boards & forums" you can either pick the the thumbnails or the full-size options. Copy and paste into the forum, but toggle into editing mode first (top-left switch). But in short - Photobucket is best in my book! One thing that helps is to do a tiny bit of editing (in editing mode), to turn: [URL=http://s279.photobuc

Here's our 295mm Celica kit - fits in the Gen 7 OEM 16" wheel!

Looking good!

Jake, are you asking me questions on fleebay by any chance? Someone with eBay username "A" asked me for some info, I googled username "A" and found the same username on the other well known Starlet forum. Whoever it is on the other forum happens to have exactly the same power etc as you and is asking about brakes right now! I could be wrong?
