Arnolds 99V Glanza build - New WEPR TD04 Kit :D
Arnold replied to Arnold's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Cheers mate. The engine has been really looked after and tuned well, so lets hope it stays that way! I do have the Whiteline fixed ARB. Also have a cusco rear brace and C pillar -
Thanks mate About 9 or ten minutes in, can't remember exactly.

thinking of going td04, what money will i be looking at etc?

Tuning developments turbo kit has done well for me so far, but cost £1350 + fitting and mapping, which was also quite pricey. -
That shaft goes into the LSD right? is there any chance of damage to it from the way you've been trying to get it off?
-
Wouldn't mind this. Any idea of postage costs
-
Cheers 217.9hp on the rollers but that is without the exhaust bung that I had to fit, so something under that.

Here's my onboard video from the 12:10pm session at Japfest 2, including my spin. Enjoy

Arnolds 99V Glanza build - New WEPR TD04 Kit :D

Quick update. My misfire has been fixed, which was an issue with my Emanage Ultimate. A quick tinkle with the settings and she's running pretty good! Took it to Japfest 2 and ran it on the track in the 12:10pm session, over taking everything! The back felt light the whole time though and eventually managed to spin out. All in the video below http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcHCRjXyVfg'> -
If it's head gasket, your radiator expansion bottle is usually overflowing and spraying out all over the place.

Glanza Shopping Common problems? Things to look out for?
Arnold replied to AaronGlanza's topic in Lifestyle General
If it looks clean, looked after with plenty of history then you're probably on to a good thing. Mine was completely standard when I bought her so I knew it was looked after and not abused. I wouldn't touch one that has a FCD installed personally. -
Buy cheap, buy twice

WEPR Kept the crash bar and A/C. Only removed that when I went TD04 and routed the air intake to the front. Still have the same FMIC and crash bar still on (You don't want to take it off, trust me on that one!)

Was a great day. I left the stand around 11:30 for the track time and like Mark-tozer, it was easier to leave it in track parking. Well done for winning the trophy, well deserved. Far better than the MX5 stand, quality is better than quantity.

Not sure mate. It was 217hp on a RR a couple of months back, but my map has been slightly changed and the exhaust was also bunged to keep the noise down, so less than that. I didn't see you either mate! I didn't get over taken though so happy with that -

Here's my onboard video in the 12:10pm session. Loved it! The rear felt so unstable the whole time, and managed to spin out on the last chicane lol -
Can you make it for 9am? no cars are allowed in after that apparently.
-
Sorted guys, it was my Emanage playing up! So nice to have her back and running normally again
-
Forgot to post that i've replaced the leads, plugs, rotor arm and cap. She's going back to the tuners tonight
