Who built the engine?

Roll cage type bar that goes behind the seats, which the harnesses mount to.

Managed to get track time Can't wait to get out there

Paid mate

The passenger right and drivers left can be bolted to the chassis between the seats, or onto the subframes. I think that's how my standard seats were. In the rear, they should ideally go onto a roll bar as part of a roll cage, or into the C pillar seat belt hole, but they need to be as straight as possible.

I'll take the other track time! PM me with your paypal details

I'd be interested if it wasn't the other end of the country. Wonder if there's ever sprint races down south

Good choice, you won't regret it. He's got my car at the moment doing a head gasket and brakes.

Ah balls, of course! Cheers. I remembered last time I changed the brakes / lines and bought fluid for that, but that's already done.

Congrats akyakapotter and hough39 I became a dad 3 months back and no need to sell the car. Simply buy another family run around. We've got 2 Corsas which we use for dailys so the Glanza isn't going anywhere

2 days isn't long enough, sounds like your battery has definitely lost a few cells. It's what happened to mine after I bought a new one but only used to drive it every weekend, sometimes every fortnight. After about 5 months the battery was dead, would only produce 3V and couldn't be charged. Halfords replaced it as I said it was faulty, but was my fault.

Haha, I've done that before too! Different car though. Possible relay stuck open maybe?

Any photos of your lights fitted and working guys? Can't decide between the 4300K or 6000K colour for mine!

Anything other than E, then I'd sell it. Previous versions have had unreliability issues causing engines to shit themselves.

Towing / Trailering your Starlet. Tow strap position?!
Arnold replied to Arnold's topic in Lifestyle General
Yep, so under load it tried to go straight through the lip and bumper! I'll definitely be moving it, or getting one of the larger tow eyes to sit at the bottom of the lip -
Hi all I'm after an iphone 4s or 5 as new as possible, in black, and unlocked or on the o2 network. 32GB/64GB only. Let me know if you've got anything going.

Arnolds 99V Glanza build - New WEPR TD04 Kit :D

Yeah i'm pretty impressed with it too. Especially with Dean, the quality looks great and the respray job is superb. He also sent the stuff out before I even paid for it! Top service. And thanks for the comments, stay tuned for updates as she's with the tuners at the moment. The rear lip got damaged when winching it onto the flatbed. Pain in the arse the car being so low sometimes! Some extra crappy photos from my phone below. -

That would work, could have done with that suggestion last night! -
Towing / Trailering your Starlet. Tow strap position?!

Interesting, have you used it at all? You can see the position of mine in this photo Under strain, the strap pushed upwards into the rear splitter and cracked. There was so much upwards force that it pulled the bumper down next to the wheel arch, although I'm hoping that's just a loose bolt that can be put back in -
My Glanza's head gasket has gone, water full of oil, no oil in the engine. I paid for a company to come and collect my car on the back of a flat bed and drive it back. Annoyingly, my car scraped getting on. I was too busy focusing on the front clearing that the rear lip cracked slightly from the cable / winch when hooked onto my tow strap, and the bumper was pulled off about 1cm on the left hand side! The exhaust scraped along the ground, and the front bumper then scraped across the ground too. Ended up having to winch it onto the rear ARB, which would have been impossible if buried on a g

Can you do spacer / longer wheel stud kits for the Glanza?

Camskill was the cheapest place I found to get one

Arnolds 99V Glanza build - New WEPR TD04 Kit :D

Right, another update. The Glanza's off the road at the moment after suspected head gasket failure. The water's gone a bit oily and it's sprayed out through the reservoir cap all over the engine bay. New head bolts and an Athena MLS gasket has been ordered, and will be fitted sometime in the next two weeks, for the BHP show at Lydden hill. Good news though, is the oil catch tank, braided lines and 'race spec' rocker cover has been delivered. I went for a Subaru Silver finish, which looks amazing. Also got a TRD oil cap for it too. Stay tuned for more. New brakes and Cusco st -
Didn't know there was a fish thread on here. I've got two tanks, one now for sale. My first one is a 240 Litre Fluval Roma with External Eheim filter, which I've had for about 6 years featuring several clown loaches, albino shark, with corys, tetras, a 12 inch pleco, sword tails, mollys, plattys and barbs. Possibly others. One day a water change wiped out most of my stock, and many other established tanks across town according to local specialists, so there was obviously something unknown in the water supply. I've since moved house and downsized to a Fluval Roma 125 tank, featuring ma
