    Although different sizes are available idk if the top entry is any different in size and there maybe different sizes I'm guessing yours is the 16G they also do 13-19 and ones for diesels etc so that's probably why your getting conflicting measurements

    I actually managed to clean mine up and un jam the brush, but maybe worth calling TD as they will get them out to you next day for free

    It will always go fully lean when you close the throttle, also I had similar issues it was carbon brushes in centre of dizzy were jammed rest of contacts were corroded and rotor didn't look great
