0.5bar the engine should be able to fuel itself at standard fuel pressure which is around 2.4bar if I remember correctly

11.7 is ok, 10's are Over fuelling which will result in bore wash

Turn the boost down slightly, maybe worth doing a diagnostics check on that eml also. You can't exceed fuel cut boost level as past this you'll hit fuel cut and your engine won't recognise the boost intake and will not be able to calculate fuel requirement. Unless your a fan of melting pistons lol it's not a good idea without the correct fuelling modifications.

It's quiet common to get spikes and go over the cars 'safe' boost parameter then the car cuts out for a second and a safety precaution, usually throwing up the eml light for a short period

Sounds like your over boosting and hitting fuel cut try adjusting the actuator slightly less boost
