  1. Me and Uzzy went to Amsterdam and Brussels in mine covering 1200 miles in 3 days. She didn't miss a beat. Fuel wise, we were getting around 250 miles from a tank. Edit. Doh, just seen Uzzy has already posted in here!

    Hey

    4 years new Welcome back
  3. As mentioned above you need to use sealant on the dome areas
  4. Thanks guys. The Glanza had a coolant issue at Japfest 2 years ago and it's appeared again. It looses coolant on track or at (very) high speed. I haven't investigated it yet but that needs sorting next along with a new gearbox or a rebuild. Pictured by 'Snapped by Dan'
  5. They are discontinued however we stock an alternative 0.5mm MLS head gasket. Link: http://id-workz.co.uk/toyota/starlet/starlet-uk-spec-ep91/engine-tuning/id-workz-05mm-head-gasket-4e-fe
  6. Hi I *may* be looking for a Glanza shell, preferably a White 98 spec. It must be in very good condition I.e. No previous accident damage, no holes drilled for roll cage, no chopped slam panel etc. PM me please Cheers Idrees
  7. Thanks Amjad, we'll see how it feels on Silverstone at Japfest tomorrow although I won't driving so I'll get feedback from my brother. I gave her a much needed wash today, bonnet pins are now fitted too. A few engine bay pics, it needs a good tidy up.
  8. Item For Sale: 2 x Japfest track sessions Item Condition & Description: 1 x 9:40am ticket + passenger 1 x 4pm ticket + passenger Price: £45 each (cost price) Pictures: Payment & Shipping Details: Cash at Japfest or PayPal beforehand.
  9. It's been a while.. The Glanza has mainly been parked in the unit throughout winter. Japfest prep was left to the last minute, as always. First up, ID-Workz style Cruise bonnet (now fitted with aerocatches) Next was a new MOT and 4-wheel Hawkeye wheel alignment. I went with -0.5 degrees of negative camber for now. Lastly an engine and gearbox oil change. Mobil1 10w60 engine oil and Lucas 75w90 for the gearbox with the addition of oil stabilizer as it's starting to whine a little. That will get rebuilt or replaced soon. (Mileage reads 130,123 for my own reference)
  10. I received them today as promised.
  11. My car doesn't do this nor have any of my other Starlets with a screamer pipe. I agree about checking the bulk head is sealed.
  12. Thanks for all your input guys. I opted for a pair of these: http://www.sgs-engineering.com/garage-equipment/trolley-jacks/tj2-5lp-low-profile-garage-trolley-jack I did consider the aluminium however the lifting range on this is 75 to 515mm where the aluminium is 100 to 460mm. I've got a better chance of getting this straight under the car
  13. The Glanza will be on at 9:40 and 16:00 I won't be there though, my older brother is doing the honours.
  14. I did come across SGS Engineering but I've never heard of the brand before so I was unsure. I like their 2.5 tonne jack so that now leaves me with 3 options. Thanks for your input guys. I need to make my mind up and order something in the morning!
  15. That's a pain in the back side.
  16. Hi I'm looking for a couple of heavy duty trolley jacks. Ideally low profile and nothing too small in size. Any links or brands would be great. So far I've found these two below. Clarke 1.5 tonne Draper 2 tonne Cheers
