thought as much, what about a big back box, i know stainless exhaust systems can increase power and sound levels but what about a performance backbox or something like it???????? i really would like to improve my car somehow, but the engine i have seems quite limiting on my budget

what would an oil catch can do for me power wise if anything, on that matter could i fit one to the 2E i have considered one before but purely for looks!!!

if you can get an ep70 for 'em as cheap as mine i will eat my.... erm.... gear knob!!!!! i will have to love it and drive carefully to keep insurance down (group 6 ;) ;) ) but yeah i see the difference -

i was unsure what to think when i looked into it and became certain i was right. just thought i would mention its not 75bhp, according to my few sources its 88 ohh my god!! ;) thanks for the comments guys, and streetracer_starlet make me a good enough offer shes yours ;) i might not be able to keep her (insurance group 6) (only 16 not got my license yet so no NCB) thanks again lads

that or cheap motorcyle carb i hear about putting bigger carbs on, does it mean like a carb from a 1.6 or 1.8?????? if i did that what would the power gain be and what would the likelyhood be of fitting a big induction kit?

i am 16 and currently job hunting so money is max £50 every so often!!!!!! i know its not much, but i also want to save for a dslr and have enough money to insure a group 6 car (my ep70) etc etc i have been told that making an N/A into a turbo is expensive and wont be as rewarding as just buying and fitting something like a 4E-FTE or whatever i just want some things to do under the bonnet really the power gain is not the important thing for me its just another bonus that comes with tinkering i must say though value for money is imporatnt on my budget, if i spend £50 on one i

suppose i cant say much my 16th birthday present was an ep70 to do up, although it was un beleivably cheap and rusty!!!! but shes a minter now , i am lucky really!!!!! ran out of luck, cant get a job and my car fund is empty ;) -

Hi all i have heard that turbos cant be fitted to the non turbo engines on starlets, i have also heard that i could fit a ct9 to my 2E engine........... i have been left baffled what could i fit to my 2E car.... i dont need full lists of every product but if someone could give a brief insight. thanks guys

saw this thread for ep80 and ep90 and felt left out so: only post pics of ep70s that you think have some artisitic flair no pics from camera phones please certain photos will get deleted if they deemed to poor a quality il start the ball rolling.

there are a few in my area one lad just turned 17 in a brand new civic type r and one lad who went to school with has been promised a 2litre year 2000 bora when he passes his test (it has boost, intercooler and so on) how can people afford to insure these things, i wish i could -

ok then guys some more pictures and a long overdue update i have hand cut some rising sun stickers to go with my starlet stickers in my back windows a better photo of my side strip stickers a little arty shot for you budding photographers (window looks a bit dirty ) new gear knob, just a cheapy of the market and re-painted inside the ciggy lighter (sorry for the poor picture) the picture does not show the brightness of the gear knob today i have painted all the towing eyes on the car gloss red (no photos of the front yet) i am going to put tow stickers under each of the towing
