I know the feeling mate my pals had his car nearly a year and its been on the road about 3 month in that time and its needing painted it does ma nut in how someone can be so lazy and not give a fuck lol.

Yep i agree with james. Like i said earlier in the thread. Factor in the cost of a known good engine. Stick it in there and forget about any skeletons and drive it with peace of mind.

Does your doors and immobiliser and alarm all work from a key for so just a matter of getting out walking away and hitting the button and all goes to plan? I was almost certain this would of been impossible without alot of custom wiring as with your alarm armed your immobiliser would be on so therefore would have no ignition to allow the car to continue running.

Haha i see i might look into i wouldnt have thought that would have worked so are you normally able to leave the engine running while the car is locked and the alarm is armed? Id imagine it would be up behind the plastic under the steering wheel as thats where your alarm will most likely be also.

Sounds complex tbh mate prob a loose connection somewhere. Youll need to take it to an audio specialist or security specialist to check it out. Out of interest do you have any idea how they got an Alarm and a Turbo Timer to work together? Does it not set off the alarm if you get out and lock it while the engine is running?

Wouldnt say its worth travelling all that way for a crank seal. Like i said any mechanic could do this as its a generic job.

Have you checked the sensor isnt faulty?

I happen to notice that doesnt mention the tightening sequence probly worth knowing mate. And Damn thats an old ass pc ^^^^^

Most body panels are interchangable im sure but they may require each other to fit. I know you can swap the rear bumper and fit sideskirts. dont know about whether a glanza bumper/bonnet would fit with the SR counter parts. As for mechanical engine wise it wont work as the glanza is a turbo so most parts are diff but things like brakes suspension and interiors will bolt straight in.

As in no wires or tht? Im sure ive seen a good few people who have.
