A fresh import is hardly cheap and other than the engine there arent many valuable parts on there, fair doos he will be charging ebay prices to people who dont know any better but still he would probably stand to make more selling the car as a whole.

I have 1 they arent great. Definately an improvement on a toyosports as its braced but still cheap stainless. If you are going to replace it with another j performance item I'd get a couple more braces ontop of the mani made from steel rod. Another option on a budget is a ported standard mani which is pretty strong but looks like shit.

Some say it does damage but there is no proven records of it. The only thing it causes is tiny amounts of unnoticable lag. Personally its the way to go sounds so much better than a BOV. Its done by taking your ssqv off and blocking off the cooler hole and the vac pipe that go to it.

If its alot louder you can be pretty sure its got a leak somewhere. With it being a noisey leak this points to the mani. Ether at the head or at the turbo. Or the mani is cracked which is the least likely. Did you use new gaskets? What nuts bolts and washers did you use when bolting the turbo to the mani?

Depends how well they are made. Ive heard people say they blow Ive heard people say theres have never blown. Issues wise it wont cause any other than it would sound like shit if it did.

What did u do with the 2nd nipple on the actuator did u block it off? It needs to be open to the atmosphere or will be permanently on low boost.

Leaky gasket? Or loosing boost on the intercooler piping? It could be the actuator is weak and fiddling with it removing it from the old turbo has completely fucked the diaphram but strange none the less. What mani and decat and intercooler do u have? Did u use new gaskets?

No 100% if its castle powder coating i think it is though. They are down castle green street round the back at the tunnels in the yard everyone used to play football in when it lay open. Next to where the gyppos used to be.

12 or 1300 but thats mates rates with the 2 rear arches all rewelded. Shit lot of work needs to go into the skyline body kit and wings fitted basically as big a re spray as you get without stripping out the interior. I'm gna be getting my starlet done by them when I get the body kit and decide which colour to go.
