  1. provided the maps good it should be a benefit ok you might wear out clutches or other parts slightly faster but the other side is from the factory the ecu is set with large parameters to allow for so many different varables and situations that having it mapped to your exact requirement can only help.
  2. you can run it with a stock ecu but you can only really run a few psi more so not massive gains over stock. with an emange you could likely get close to 200bhp although someone that follows the ct9 tuning side of things might correct me on that. you dont need to change the fuel pump if budgets tight but worth thinking about certainly
  3. tryed tim and tb devolpments he seems to be well known in that circle?
  4. autos one are very hard to find your best looking at a emanage blue then and get it mapped.
  5. personal preferance on the rail to be honest its just a bit of bling really. could always sell it towards the jam ecu. for your power level you dont really need to touch anything on the fuel system although if you want todo something the first thing i would normaly recommend is a high flow fuel pump as ours are getting on in age and the high flow ones arent exactly expensive.
  6. A few have shelled out and lost thousands on a scam only people I no that legit supply them is zisco id like one but there to costly
  7. just keep the stock ones they will copy plenty with a ct9 hybrid
  8. From memory the zisco boys fitted a Vauxhall gearbox to one of there cars for drag racing but as I understand it wasn't greatly suited
  9. d2s are absolutely horrid. bcs are better but by far best ive had was the meisters.
  10. Very likely the headgaskets gone.
  11. its a fairly simple job todo but if your abit nervous and dont mind a drive id pop down and see dan he's spot on and will get it sorted for you
