  3. The Orc is a lightweight fly wheel. as all the sites sell the whole range and not a specific model they don't give exact figures for each model but it's ment to be a 20% weight reduction of the flywheel over oem What comments do you find laughable Collin? Everyone's just sharing there option if you disagree with anyone could always put your argument across why there wrong and open it up for discuss rathan than putting negative comments You might be able to tell the difference in sound on a video specially showing a change after a flywheel but I doubt anyone could tell the difference in weig
  4. ive ran a few settled for none. i have 2 baileys in the house there absolutely shit. am sure the last time i sold one was for like 20quid
  5. looking good cant wait to see what aero you go for!
  6. Perfect cheers I assume it runs a normal earth and not directly off the ecu then?
  7. theres 2 different wastegates an internal and external. the internal are operated by an acuator and the external are set by a spring inside to a set pressure i.e your 0.1-2bar. you dont run both so you would either have an actuator or a "1bar wastegate" the external gates controll boost far better but you cant run under wastegate pressure. so if you have a 0.8bar wastehate you can only run above 0.8bar of boost.
  8. anyone have a pin out for the tps and map sensor? trying to use the oem loom and adapt it for my dta but cant find what pins are what on the map and tps cheers shaun
  9. nah the glanza discs are bigger
  10. you could get custom pipes to keep the a/c but keeping it in scotland is just madness ha! theres performance gains to be had by removing a/c and also by fitting a FMIC so personally id rip the a.c out and stick a big cooler on it and its a win win
  11. well struggling for time on the car but new fuel systems finished injectors fitted and wired in. with the intake fitted had to reroute some heater hoses and air lines so thats all been done. mocked up my new intercooler piping which will do untill i can get custom pipes made over winter. bit of the intercooler pipie is away to have an air temp sensor fitted. rest of my sensors and plugs arrived so just need a good spot of weather and abit of spare time between work and i should hopefully have it all fitted ready to be trailed away. this is how its currently sitting. doesnt look miles off the
  12. i ran it with a matching boost controller. obv if you just wanted the emu i could split it all to make it cheaper http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/94234-emu-with-eo-01-ebc-and-rare-remote-switching-device/
  13. from memory tuning developments and race-tech have both fitted them to autos. could always call them and ask what the differences are. i have a emu for sale in the forsales section if its any use! if you where closer i would have offered to wire it in for you but its abit of a trek ha!
  14. if your compitent enough could wire it in yourself its not very hard. did you explain to them you have the emu and its main harnesses you just need it wired in to your car harness? ive never herd of a mapper not wiring an ecu in before.
  15. theres smalll differences in the loom but if you take an emu down to your tuner they should be able to wire it in fine
