if you sand back to metal mate then get some filer/primer on there so it doesnt oxidize you will be fine

no that wont fit, my mate had Volks wheels at 15x7 offset 30mm and when he put his meisters on they srubbed (with 195/50) tyres. your not gonna get away with 8.25s offset 20
