yes mate. crack the bolt off, just loosen it a bit take the circlip off the back of where the actuator arm meets the wastegate pull the nipple on the actuator out the hole on the wastegate twist the actuator arm, longer to reduce boost, shorter to increase. put back on. hook circlip on. take for a drive to check its ok twist nut up to meet the arm. remember, it needs less than you think. ie for me, 2 whole turns reduced it by 0.3-0.4
