i get the 403 error on here mate. at work and at home
  3. i sort of did the same mate, i used to be really into computers website design programming building PCs and spent all of my spare time doing it. then i started working in it as a Systems Admin. I enjoy my job, as its something i like. but i dont spend anywhere as much time looking up PC stuff in my own time instead i looked for a passion that wasnt related to my work, and thats how i got into cars and motors and now i spend my time at work thinking about my car, and that. i think you have something which is a passion but once your doing it all day every day you want something else to get
  4. a warning is normally just a word by the roadside i thought
  5. just for the record, here are some pics
  6. i would always go for toyota. youd only be kicking yourself if it failed, and wondering if the fact you tried to save a few quid cost you hour later when you have to re-do it
  7. get a zisco one oge, its the one im looking at, they look mint. and they will fit as you have a civic rad this is Tristan by the way
  8. ive got one too, its called my wallet
  9. Ok, so civic rad went on today, was a ballache of a job as one of the bolts that hold the splash guard was sheered (already) so had to get creative with the bottom bracket, involving a cable tie, bit embarrassed also, the toyosport bottom hose didnt fit :/ so im still using the standard bottom hose was too pissed off after it to take pictures although lots of room for the turbo now BRING ON THE TD04
  10. i belive its a gangster term, missing a comma it went, bra translation it didnt half shift, chap
  11. why havent you sprayed this idrees. also, im saving, so ill be back to you about that varis front for mine what cooler have you got behind it here? much cutting?
  12. they is a white mk1 polo that is mental, cant find the pics right now though...
  13. im planning to do with my 37s, eventualy swapping to some bbs rs both have +35 offset, but im gonna space them out by like 15mm . make more sense to do it that way to me, as you can then space it out, and move it by getting differnent size spacers
  14. you will want some coilvers that can go LOW some wheels with a low offset your arches, flaring, pulling, rolling some massive spacers (hubcentric) some camber shims bolt it all on, and go. then have a lot of extra money for tyres and sumps *edit* forgot panard rod, youll want an adjustable one
  15. he is above the law, hes playing to a baby
  16. ive got rattles from the back all over the place. and an annoying clunk when i brake
  17. ok, so now im thinking 10mm at the front 15mm at the back, with camber shims, to tuck the tops back in the arches
  18. seriously, you guys are all such bad influences. i pulled out the invoice folder the other day, and ive owned the car just over a year, and im scared to add it all up haha
  19. maybe 10mm all round wouldnt be bad thing can anybody recommened any good spacers? hubcentric are the ones to go for arent they ?
  20. that seems about the going price. its the cheapest ive seen them tbh. well i have no covers on them either, so it just makes my wheels look untidy. im not running spacers at the moment, but i could. ive wanted caps for a while.
  21. this is partly a note for myself, but also to update you guys i rang about some centre caps for my TE37s but, they only have 3 in stock. will be getting a phone call in about 2 weeks to let me know when they have a set of 4 in. 60 quid, not bad ps, the flat, bronze type so ill be looking like this
  22. was reading this after taking my aircon out at the weekend. http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=4486 surely, youd be better to let the pressure out from the L behind the passenger headlight. It has the following advantages 1) Working from the low pressure side 2) if you cover with a rag and let it out, any leaks go on the splash guard, not on your bodywork 3) its much easier to hold 4) take a bit longer, so you can have a fag with the other hand and then after just touch the high pressure one for a few seconds to let the tinest little bit out of that side of the pipin
  23. where did you get your TE37 centre caps from matey? or did they come with the wheels? i cant find any for 15 inch ones :/
