  1. If you look in the accessories guide, in the photo you can see it has Toyota written on it So I'm going with that version of the it seems the right one for our cars :/
  2. This is a mk1 isn't it Matt? Mk1 has toyota written on it Mk2 has rescueman written on it Mk3 is in-one unit that we know
  3. Think your on your own there mate Could try raising the engine or making a shallow sump
  4. The main idea is that is reduces noise in the electrical system This will give brighter lights, quicker starts etc as stuff is generally grounded better Especially on older cars like the starlet the electic system isn't the best in the world and thicker grounds and more of them help. It's probably not gonna make a difference on a newer car I read something once where a car magazine did back to back dynos and actually gained a few horse power (like 3-5hp). They put this down to sensors reading more accurately due the reduced electrical noise
  5. Nope. Neither of those Another local starlet. Its all fun Dan knows, but your the only one Apart from Socks. Also got some bits coming in the post. From Jamie_VF22, and I accidently sent some money to Iddy last night. So other bits coming from him. In the mean time, back page of this months Japense Performance. No Biggy.
  6. Id already spotted this in one of your bild threads. and clocked the bolts. i want to do this badly
  7. Saturday night! Why would you do that. Friday night is where its all. Were in Poole Saturday night. I have a boat, that gets to Poole at 10pm. So i need to do something between 10pm and 6am. Driving, then sleeping seems a good combo!
  8. http://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/85/Chippenham-Leigh-Delamere-M4-Eastbound-hotel/rooms-rates?from=list here you go sam Rob is staying there, and I think Josh is too. Then im staying there with a couple of mates, but wont be there til 12.30amish. So if your still up ill come say hi
  9. Did you get your SR at 16 ;)
  10. quite a few people are staying at the travelodge at the leigh de la mare services.
  11. DISCLAIMER, i havent done this. but a mate did and said it worked well
  12. See i disagree. I have a mate with a R33 GTST and his running costs have been mad. Clutches, Coilpacks etc all very expensive Dont get me wrong you get more car, but i dont agree that itll be miles faster, if faster at all. A car for 2k will have coils already, brakes you dont worry about those. 2k for the car 1.8k for a forge 600 on a second hand TD04 kit 550 for emange supplied, fitted and mapped
  13. ive got good new for you baby Stock brackets to support the bottom And a tegiwa bracket up top http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TEGIWA-RADIATOR-STAY-BRACKET-HONDA-CIVIC-96-00-EK-RED-/180671337280?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a10d9d340
  14. For 5k Youll get a standard (320bhp) E36 M3. that weighs 1400kg. Giving a power to weight of 228bhp per tonne. 5.5 seconds to 60. Evo wise, youll get yourself up to a 5, maybe, running around 350-390bhp yeah its gonna be fast, but evos are awful, for maintence. engine oil/gearbox oil/transfer box/AYC fluid every 4 thousand miles. maintence is gonna rack up on that. Scoobys are gay, why would you even buy one. Skylines, your gonna get yourself a R33 GTST. Skylines also are mental prices for repairs, parts are expensive and hard to get hold of. PLus your only gonna get a 350bhp
  15. None of those are faster than a 5k starlet. (Or a 5k version of one of those) Or what you could build for 5k.
  16. Sam im never gonna be able to look at you the same at shows now ive seen that much more of you *actually, scrap that, JAE you were wearing about that ;p
  17. If not you can get like 10mm spacers with a centre bore adaption
