  1. Get Acl's from zisco. Cheapest around.
  2. Had my Honda 94 mk3 crm250rr since I was 17. After getting my car licence it has been some what neglected (sat in my work shop). Used it about 3 times in 4 years. One was a 3hour track n trail race, killed me. Driving a car around has made me lazy. the bike need a new clutch and rear rim them MOT and tax. Will be getting this back on the road for the winter/summer. The green ones going on the shelf for a bit till I get this sorted. Been far too long without a bike on the road. I miss doing 100+ down a track http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/smile.png Pic of how it is at the moment. Started stripping it for the clutch. Got the exhaust off and that it haha
  3. I drove my old black GT for 3 years as a daily. And I used to rack up the miles, 400 miles non stop some times. They are fine till you start winding up the boost. My rod made a leap for freedom haha
  4. I can even remember the questions from my big bike test, or my car test come to think of it. It's just common sence and a lot of people have non
  5. My years old email of granitdogger@hotmail.co.uk haha no joke
  6. I would say it will leak. Think there is 2 types one with an o-ring and one that is stuck on
  7. It's more to do with the final drive than 5th gear
  8. You will need to sort out a high pressure efi fuel system as well. Being the carb model it will only have a low pressure system. The only bit of the GT interior that might not fit is the centre concel over the hand brake and gear stick as the transmission tunnel is different
  9. Not a big ball ache. 15mins with a die girder and your there. Then you can fit the socket on the nuts. Only really need to do one side and cut the studs down under the cam gears
  10. It's a pain bolting the head down with the 4age studs in haha. Will take 2.4 bar with the studs in. It's more to do with ignition timing when running big boost. You get some knock and the head gasket takes the blow.
  11. Still think you need more power haha
  12. Haha yes didn't acount for your attention to detail. Might as well bang a cam belt on whilst the engine is out for peice of mind. Pain in the ass to do it in place. You couldn't have a fiesta like that and not put the 1.7 engine in. It does like to be thrashed
  13. Weekend job? Being a mk5 basically, should only take a day max. Especially with some extra hands. I do kinda like the mk4 fiesta. Was the first car I changed the engine on haha
  14. Gota remember the only uk car fitted with the 5e was the paseo and they only sold just over 2000 befor they pulled it from the market.
  15. I see the correct dash for the puma engine already. My boss has a set of ford Motorsport wheels of an RS turbo escort. Would look smart on the little fiesta
  16. Yep was fully working when car came off the road
  17. Item Condition: used, bit of ware. Working fine when removed from car Price and price conditions: £35 posted to uk Extra Info: could do with a bit of polish Pictures: Contact Details: pm Location: Southampton
  18. I've done a pumesta conversion on the floor. Easy swap, put the 4-2-1 manifold on and it did go. Went off the clock easy haha. You will need to change the clocks to the digital ones on that shape
  19. Might be worth putting a new engine temp ecu sensor in.
  20. Fully synthetic oil is designed for modern engins. I don't like using full syn can make our engins leak like a sive. I only run semi or mineral in the e series
  21. Your dv now on the cold side?
  22. Isnit it the long life low ash fully synthetic stuff. High in detergent to try keep the deisel engins clean and manifold from filling up with not so much crap. Would work In an E series engine. I wouldn't use it my self out of choise
  23. I brought a couple of quad lights few years ago at 180 a side I think lol came loaded with bulbs and colour coded covers. Not cheap tho haha
