  4. Good work. It will be fine when you turn the key. Just remember to prime it all. Before you start it. It does cost quite a bit when you add it all up. Best not to look at what you spend haha
  5. Its good checking if you have undersized bearing. And within tolerance

  8. I've talked to my boss about plastigauge. Never used it my self. He says it works ok. As for the tolerances they are floating about some were.

  11. Put the piston at tdc and have it in gear with the wheels on the floor. Put compressed air down the spark plug hole and it will hold the valves in place with out the dropping into the bore
  12. Be cool to see a vented rear disc set up

  14. Don't see why you can't use the same pump. And you will need abs model washer jets as the are the other way round

    4wd

    Welder and a grinder bit of crafting and you will have 4wd. Just easyer to buy one and use that then you get the running gear without the messing about
  23. Doesn't have to be exactly 38mm I used 51mm for mine and it's been fine
  24. The heated rear screen is easy to wire up on a mk1 just need a switch and a relay. Rest of the wiring is already fitted.
