    Hdi piping

U have the long bit that goes under the intercooler. I meant I have it haha
  2. Maybe other toyota's are that fitment but a starlet is definitely M12x1.5
  3. Yes toyota are M12x1.5 so the Honda ones will fit fine
  4. Just added my car for approval, thanks.
  5. Checkout tuning developments they have an offer on just now £549 for an EMB supplied, fitted and mapped by them!
  6. Also you won't need to worry about boost creep.
  7. Or use a bracket that bolts into the actuator mounting holes and attaches to the wastegate arm to keep it closed, that way the turbo still has resell value to people that are internally gated.
  8. Its about 32 quid from TD. Oil return can be used again may need cut though.
  9. Only 1 bit needs cut slightly the rest fit fine. Dont need to use the hot pipe or the one that runs under the intercooler. As for water lines there not essential, alot of people run without them with no problems.
  10. You can use your CT9 piping if your willing to cut it up.
  11. It's a GSS250 so that's 190lph not 255lph. Will that be ok for a TD04 @ 1bar or will it need the 255lph?
  12. Cheers mate, maybe google can help me find the part numbers.
  13. Nah, can't hear mine at all even when it is low. Think I will just leave it in and take crimping pliers + connectors with me and if it needs the TD pump then I will stick it in down there.
  14. tbh it's not noisey at all in my car, probably would be with the seats out.
  15. I ordered a 255lph fuel pump from tuning developments as my car is going there to get mapped on the TD04 on friday. Today I went out to fit it and when I pulled the old pump out, it already has a Walbro one fitted. I would imagine that the Walbro unit is a 255lph one but is there any way to tell if it's less? Also would I be better fitting the tuning developments one or will the Walbro one be fine as it's only 2-3 years old?
  16. Car is going down to tuning developments on friday to get mapped for a TD04 on 1-1.1 bar. I live in quite a remote place and high octane fuel isn't readily available so have to run on 95 ron 90% of the time. How will this affect the mapping and what kind of power can I expect to make?
  17. What's the other problems mate? You don't need a manual ECU, auto one works fine.
  18. Have you bridged the 2 thickest wires in the plug? Maybe check your amplifier where the king lead plugs in to make sure that wasn't damaged when you took the engine out. Mine fired up perfect 1st turn of the key when I started again.
  19. Is this exactly the same fitment as a standard radiator? I have a WEPR TD04 externally gated mani with screamer, will this fit with it?
  20. Yeah think the thing that stays common is that the neutral start switch is the 2 thickest wires so as long as they are bridged it should start fine. Was actually pretty easy to convert, just a few rough edges to sort out once it's been mapped at tuning developments and a full machine polish and it will be spot on lol.
  21. This is maybe true for some models but on my 1995 GT there were 2 plugs on the box. One with lots of wires and one with 3 wires, I had to bridge the 2 thickest wires in the plug with lots of wires and left all the rest and it starts and runs perfect.
  22. Is this not just the same thing? />http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-STARLET-TURBO-HIGH-PERFORMANCE-PADDLE-CLUTCH-/260801863686?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3cb900a006
