I have to agree, I've used MyProtein's high impact whey protein, an american one and the Reflex whey protein. Reflex is what i would highly recommend, i feel like i'm getting leaner whilst taking this and putting muscle on at the same time. Diet is the number one important factor, abs are made in the kitchen not the gym.

My bad lads looks like I need a visit to Specsavers, it reads fine -7 on idle and .6 on boost

Well, i've fitted my digital boost gauge off ebay, and it looks really nice and pretty but the readings i'm getting off it are really weird. On idle its showing -0.7 and on boost it goes up to about 0.04, shouldn't it be 0.4 rather than the extra zero in there? I'm thinking the vacuum pipe is a bit dodgy or something? Any help or advice would be appreciated, cheers!
