Hi guys, I hate having to do this but I haven't got a choice now I bought a HKS Actuator off this guy on Sept 04, have received naff all. I've repeatedly PM'd him but no reply and it looks like he hasn't been online since then, i can see he's a full member so i'm assuming he hasn't pulled a fast one. I just want to know if anyone can contact him and let him know i haven't received anything? It's been almost 3 weeks and i'd really like to get this sorted, all the transactions in the past that i've done on this forum have been fantastic, just this one time Appreciate it if anyon

The GTR is an amazing machine however, the drivers skill matters A LOT more in a starlet, no abs, no traction control, no fancy electronics etc. Pure driver, which is why i love starlets. I really wish I could afford a GTR though lol

Just wanted to say mate, this is one of my favourite EP82's on this forum! -
Really need a ct9 adjustable actuator as car is only boosting to 0.5 bar, anything like a HKS one would be good, doesn't matter if its used, as long as it works. Cheers!

Intermittent fasting is great for losing weight and maintains muscle, read up about it, u won't gain much strength but if you're looking to lose fat it's a good start You don't need to take none of the dianabol test shit, stick to being natural otherwise it'll catch up to you later in life Eat right, sleep right, train right and most of all be consistent! You'll see a massive improvement in the mirror within 3 months Supplements I'd recommend are creapure and any decent whey protein because you're just starting off you wanna get used to lifting etc Gotta crawl before you walk
