Great news. Tomorrow is my last day in my current position. Monday I start my new job as an estimator. Conviniently, a young estimator left the bodyshop im going to so I was offered his position, more money, cleaner, free coffee and a warm office. All I will say is if you feel like your stuck in a rut and being fed the lines "be glad you have a job in this climate". Bollocks. Get yourselves out there. You create your own fate.

He has got his personality and sense of humour back, if you were to sit him at a desk you wouldnt know anything was wrong with him. I've just got back from visiting a friend who had a very serious accident, caught a bit of sunken tarmac sent him spinning out of control and into a tree at a very high speed, all 4 limbs broken, bust ribcage and punctured lungs and various other fractures and cracks throughout his body. Accident happened six weeks ago but this is the first time I've seen him since, although he looks well, he is still a mess. With winter knocking on our door, please guys, be careful. The problem I saw with the scrappage scheme was that people that could afford to get finance etc on a new car were scrappimg mint cars, for example a reasonably low mileage, rust free ek vti was brought into our local honda dealership. Scrapped. We werent aloud to touch it. But people that couldnt afford a new car are left with their rusty manky deathtrap sheds. Great idea to get the new car market on the move again, bad idea for the second hand car market.

Anyone ive ever known with a vag has had issues. I had a 1.0 6n and it gave me nothing but grief. If you must sell at least stay jap!

I friend mines teg used to drop out of vtec between changes, he had a power chamber on it, then he put a standard airbox on and it stopped dropping out of vtec. Even pulled harder. Nice purchase. Love the atrs!

Thanks for the input guys. I've decided im gonna go for it, I've handed in my cv to the company so fingers crossed. Im at the age where i can still take the bull by the horns and get stuck in to it.
