  1. Have you checked pending invoices or has that expired if it has I'll get an admin to reset it.
  2. Today's little job get the lower arms ready for a superpro bush kit heated up and cut off the rear bush followed by a wire wheel to get the last of the bush off. Then was into the front bushes that are pressed in from factory. I don't have a press so drilled holes around the rubber mount then got the hammer and punch out. Worked better than I expected.
  3. Job No2 done for the day fresh outer CV boots and a quick lick of paint. Hate cv grease but needed doing the old ones had cracked.
  4. Manage to get the box back in yesterday winner. Took ages on my own but got there in the end. Went to do the front gearbox mount up and strip the threads in the mount yay ordered an M10 helicoil kit yesterday that arrived today. So got on and fixed that. Getting there now just waiting on a few bits to turn up to finish off the suspension.
  5. My old ones done that I put metal putty on them was like that for a good 4 years never had a boost leak.
  6. Bit more progress today got the speedy sleeve installed. New rear main new flywheel bolts. Flywheel and clutch back on managed to get the box lifted up but need to have another bash at getting the splines to marry up tomorrow right pig on your own on the floor.
  7. I have done 156mph on a private road / track in my v. Something seams up with yours the mph convert on the box should derestrict it anyway.
  8. Looking good I recently tried to remove the lower mounts on my front bc's failed and gave up 😂
  9. 33 ISCV (Idle speed control valve)Open or short in ISCV circuitISCV Valve34 Turbo Pressure Signal or Circuit
  10. More parts arrived to freshen up the whiteline front ARB old ones had split and the bar has rusted and I couldn't get some of the nuts off.
  11. Bearings turned up for the coilovers today they fit which is brilliant and at a fraction of the cost BC wanted. They wanted £22.50 per bearing I got theses for £1.99 each. Used a little locktite when I fitted them as it looked to have had some kind of adhesive on the old ones when I took them out. That's another job done getting there slowly.
  12. That's some impressive spec you have.
  13. Thanks dude I haven't picked the wings back up since then lol 😂
  14. Today's venture was to remove the other spring seat it was seized to the shaft that was fun manage to get that off with wd40 and brute force. Managed to get the bearings out aswell so ive orded some replacements hope they fit. I did want to raise the coilovers by 5m but the feet are seized solid yay.
  15. https://www.tuningdevelopments.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=961 give mike a call he will sort you out. Cheers nick
  16. Thanks dude. Made a start on stripping the coilovers today think I've found my steering issues I've had for a few years. Now it's the fun of trying to get the parts I need as BC racing uk don't list the bits yay.
  17. Today was the day to try remove the CV joint from the hub that has been stuck ever since I've owned the car. Tried to get it out once before years ago and failed. Today was the day I got it out. Safe to say I'll be using coper grease when I refit everything. Quick lick of paint now I'm waiting for some new boots as one has cracked and the other dosent look to clever. Enjoying tinkering for once.
  18. Kept going and got the front ARB stripped and painted. I need to get new drop links as the bushes have split and the threaded bar is buggered.
  19. First bit under way used an attachment on my grinder to wire wheel them to try remove the worst of the rust off Then out came the hammerite. Few more coats I'll be happy. Onto the the hubs if I can get this CV joint out.
  20. Oops things got out of hand haha. Coilovers - lower arms - antiroll bar off. Gonna refresh everything I also have a stuck CV in one of the hubs unsure what one though that should be fun trying to remove that. May get the wheel bearing done while it's all off as I've never done them in my owner ship.
  21. Believe the only reverse switch is on the box its self.
  22. Unfortunately the sleeve was a little to wide right size to go over the end of the crank though . Measured the depth I need so I'll order the right one. The arms drop links tie rods ect has all of sudden gone very rusty so all that will come off during the week to strip down and repaint or replace. May as well do it now while its all apart.
  23. Took the gear box out today due to rear main leaking again I have a sleeve to install if it fits. The crank oil seal surface has marks and a gouge in it explains why it's leaking hoping the sleeve fits and sorts the issue.
  24. Got enough wheels lol love the white ones. Cheers nick
