sounds like the metal plate is rubbing on the flywheel to me -

yep same adapter for water temp if on glanza take the blank out the thermo housing -

thats how mine is done for oil pressure. for oil temp blank is removed from the filter housing and an 1/8 npt to m16 x 1.5 adapter fitted with a hole drilled through the pas pump bracket for the sensor wire -
I no what you mean adam i think ill just wait for the girdle plate to be designed and put into producton will cost less than getting a set of billet caps and line boring done.

CLICKY I keep seeing people running 300bhp+ are cracking main caps more and more lately to much torque in 5th from 80mph - 100mph and the torque is finding the weak point the main caps. What do people make of these ? good upgrade to stop that problem i know TD are designing a strenth plate to bolt in just wonderd what people thought of these. i know our engines are line bored so each main cap is to that engine and cant be changed so i asume these would need the same treatment before fitting. cheers nick.

Yep thermostatic same as mine I have a blank on mine then to a relocation kit. decent price for that aswell amazed it hasn't sold yet free bump.

With mine I have a converter that goes into the top of the gearbox changes from kph to mph

I bet they were pricey I tried to get one for my glanza inner cv boot wanted stupid money.

No the Emb dosent remove speed cut you have to convert the speedo to mph

You want to attach it like mine bolts along the entire length of the splitter. the bumper rips off before the splitter lol be grand once it's repaired -

Haha my jam splitter loves the floor still going strong 3 years later must be the amount of bolts I have holding it on got to be 16+ lol -
Glanza only uses it up untill about 2.5k then the map sensor takes over I believe

Made my own out of a black plast icecream tub and silicone sealed it in place.
