Some of our favs; Mexican bean burger (Veggie but so nice and a bit spicy) with Salad and feta cheese bit of tomato sauce for the burger so good! If you want it to be a bit more filling sometimes have it with brown bread no butter Chicken Breast, mixed vegetables and rice ( obvious one ) Bubble and Squeek! Mash mixed with cabbage / carrots / swede / brocolli basically left overs from sunday dinner so any veg goes well. fry it in a non stick pan with no oil till it starts to go crispy you can form into cakes to make it easier or just mix it together and throw it in. we share a tin of small beans and have bacon with no fat some times have a runny egg with it to

Well as some off you saw at JAE i have a little update!! Emeralds had a bit of a change in looks, managed to get my hands on a genuine TOMS Kit - Bumper, Skirts, Spats and Spoiler! Only thing that doesnt have the stamp/sticker is the spoiler i have no way of telling if its genuine but the rest is kosher. There are a few scuffs here and there but overall in good condition, the spoiler was the worst but this has been fillered resprayed last week and is now minty fresh. I need to have a little play with the positioning off it to get it right but for now its 10x better then it was. In desperate needof a front mount no tho to fill that gap! for those who weren't at JAE this is how she stands now.... looks meaner on them wheels now all come together well i think hope you like ;)
