  1. Its a 18g, a good bit bigger than my stock 16g. I doubt it will only make 360

Engine spec: Ross pistons Ths rods Arp bolts all round 1.4mm Athena head gasket Ported and polished head (gas flowed) Valves cut on 3 angles Chambers matched Ports knife edged She made 359 bhp on a stock a TD05 16g at 1.7bar That was with a stock inlet and 2" downpipe. I may run 2 bar to crack 400bhp Thanks everyone for there comments, I will keep you guys posted :-)

  4. As most of you guys will know i have been off the road due to getting banned in April, I set my self a goal to fix/replace some of the parts that were due a change or had broken. I go a little carried away and when i found things i wanted i just thought... when its back on the road... it will all be worth it lol My list on modifications * zisco alloy inlet manifold *Homemade 2.5" down pipe *ARP head bolts * Athena 1.4mm head gasket *TD05H 18G Hybrid Turbo * SPEC 6 puk paddle clutch I did all the work in my garage with help from Gary91 After i had the engine all done I started looking for a new turbo as i refused to come back on the road on a stock TD05 16g, This on after i had it all put together I have still to source some bigger injectors, But i am back on the road on the 3rd of November and i will see how cash is to buy a set and get it booked into Wallace Performance. I am hoping for some more silly numbers... around 420bhp at 1.8bar i think but i will see how it goes. AND SEE WILL STILL BE MY DAILY LOL BIG THANKS TO TUNING DEVELOPMENTS, ZISCO AND ID-WORKS FOR ALL THE PARTS AND ADVICE
  5. TIG welder mate, I am a welder and fabricator by trade. I would love to make make everything for my car but no pipe bender at work and no plazma cutters so its hard to make everything i was going to make a alloy inlet but time at work to do it... wont happen so bought one instead. Cheers lads
  6. I was removing my turbo kit last week only to notice after 2 years that the zisco down pipe was only a 2" lol. So i thought 2.5" would be alot better! So i cut my own cut and sourced my own flanges and lambda thread from an old ct9 Downpipe, and bought 2 90* elbows from ebay costing less that £25. I made a jig with my zisco down pipe and welded it up, I am happy to say i test fitted it tonight and fits spot on I am aiming for more power and torque and will be fitting a zisco inlet... and more boost 400 here we go.... i hope

  9. Yes still stock rev limit, It may get lifted when i get bigger injectors fitted and the map tweaked

  11. I was asked along to a rolling road day at wallace performance this morning with gary91 and jordk and a few other people from aberdeenshire. I was unsure where to go or not as i have only changed the air filter and raised the boost from 1.5bar to just under 1.7bar, but i needed a video and thought i would like to see it on the rollers Matty said a few tweaks to the ignition map could be made to get the boost to come in a wee bit earlier but apart from that spot on. video being uploaded very soon
