It's a bit of a random this, but i'm wondering if anyone has done a similar thing or has any advice on this. Basically when I was little kid, my uncle moved away to Barcelona and brought his escort xr3i convertible with him. It's a mint black F reg, and I was always promised it when I was 17. My uncle and my mum decided to wait til I was 21 because of insurance reasons, and the cars not getting used, so my dream car as a child is basically waiting for me to collect it. Does anyone have any advice about going about this? as I don't think it will have any form of mot and tax, but the thought of owning a mint standard xr3 which would classify for classic car insurance next year, is one that appeals to me. (the starlet will be staying obviously)
