    Pictures from the weekend when i got my arse in gear and started to fit things Car halfway out my drive, jacked up and on the highest setting on the axle stands to just get the wheels of the floor Old strut removed Some sort of electronic strut (stiffness setting i think) D2's Fitted Horrible brakes Wheels back on and there is loads of room compared to before Arch gap! looks lower than before when the engine was in it Removed old fuel pump Stripped it down Fitted New Pump Not bad for a few hours work

    Started to sort some more things out and the weather didnt stop me Not nice to see Dirty Block Dirty TD04 VHT Sprayed Block...no masking as manifold going black and rocker cover getting powdercoated VHT Sprayed Turbo Fitted my other painted manifold...alot better Closer view Braided Hose Wirebrushed the D2's a bit To Do List: Grease+Fit D2's Buy TD04 intercooler pipes Buy engine oil Swap a few things over from old engine to new (mounts, alternator, pas pump etc) Spray Manifold Black Powdercoat rocker cover Strip brakes down to clean them up Remove bucket seats to fit harness's Rent engine crane + fit engine Should keep me busy.

    Update of pictures Engine bay Dirty Giving it a clean Forged Engine Td04 Wepr Turbo Kit Screamer Tial External Wastegate Walbro 255 Fuel Pump D2 Coilovers will be cleaning these up^ Gearbox Rondoms Will update with a few more pictures tomorrow.

Bought myself a Fully Forged 4EFTE, Built by Tuning Developments Wiseco Pistons 74.5mm Scat Rods Zep Racing 1.2mm Headgasket ARP Headbolts Cruise Uprated Valve Springs Genuine Toyota Oil Pump Kit OEM Water Pump Kit OEM Cambelt Kit inc Idler & Tensioner ACL Main Bearing Kit ACL Big End Bearing Kit ACL Thrust Washer Kit Fully Machined and Polished Bottom End Fully Stripped, Cleaned and Rebuilt Cylinder Head Turbo kit is a Td04 Turbo, Wepr Manifold running external wastegate (Tial), Downpipe + Screamer. Also while i was buying those i bought some D2 coilovers and Walbro 255 Fuel Pump Management is next before i run the engine on anything more than 0.6 psi boost as i also need bigger injectors also. Very happy, just need to get it all fitted Pictures will be added shortly

    yeahh, not salvageable so im glad i didnt waste my time in buying forged pistons etc, just looking for the full lump now

    ive been wanting some carbon things for a while now, i spoke to dean about stuff that was posted many months ago and nothing has become of it but give people there chance as the site has been on and off, myself i did lose interest in the site untill i knew it was up properly so it may take a while for things to pick up again. just my view on it

    Not much progress because of the weather and other issues ive had to deal with i.e my other car first got the front bumper off to make more room to remove the engine underneath from the car instead of out the top And a few little goodies santa brought me Domo Hat (love it) Hks Oil filter Blitz resevoir socks Orange Toyota battery bar Carbon fibre battery cover (second item to the carbon build) Domo t shirt and the carbon eye brows + the rest engine and gearbox is now out! Next is to buy a forged lump and to clean the engine bay plus possibly spray the gearbox up etc to make it look nice. Old engine stripped and this is what i found! On the engine stand Sump off and thats what i saw (peice of metal on the baffle plus everywere else also) Again (crap picture) Gungeon pin and other damage to the bore etc Cracks in the bore Hmm conrod should be longer than that "/ Bits of piston and conrod in the sump Whats left of my piston Again And again Exedy Stage 2 Paddle Clutch Again Tbh was rather shocked on the damaged caused but happy i have found out i have a top quality clutch not all bad i guess

    not that engine but hoping to buy a forged lump then build this engine back up as a little something on the side to do , need sell the n/a first tho so i need to see what christmas will bring and see how much money i can rack up etc

    Been a while as the bad weather has come and not having the time to do anything but have a few little bits. A little something that came in the post On the n/a also Needed a few bits removing so it was to a bare block, Alternator off which was filthy Out. Not Happy Getting there It'll do
