Charge coolers arnt to good for a daily buddy there mainly for 1/4mile I've just had that conversation which Ricky. What about racetechs hybrid td04 kit ?? Heard wonders about the spool and power out put, it sounds like the best turbo for a daily at 300bhp

Oh shit the bed that is amazing Company at JAE had turbo kits for these direct fit, £3000 for 280bhp kit and £3800 for the 350bhp kit ! -

The plates they supply to put underneath the car are way to big, I cut them up and made them into washers kind of thing

Small update from Racetech Wiring is almost complete just to add the k20 coils Exhaust is 90% finshed Crank sensor to be machined and fitted Intercooler and boost pipes need finishing THEN ITS MAPPING TIME, HOPEFULLY PICK HER UP WHEM I'M BACK FROM WORK IN 4 WEEKS TIME -
Ah now that sounds about right buddy, was some lovely cars there !

I had the same problem with the wishbone bolt, turned out to be the threads on the bolt were ruined and wouldn't unscrew enough. I cut the bolt to the inside edge of the wishbone then a small dremel to get the remaining out the bolt hole then a new bolt wentin no pproblem at all
