bloody hell lads! i took mine to park engineering near malton and got a crank regrind and polish, head skimmed, bores cross hatch honed and block checked to see whether it needed to be decked which it didn't for £100 and it's proven to be a good engine- would recommend them. Don't pay a company to relap your valves in its and easy job if the head is off for machining anyways.

My GT gets around 250 to a full tank with mixed driving and a bit of motorway as a rule My ep80 is slighly better but if i take it on a motorway anything above 70mph it just drinks fuel

Japspeed are reasonably priced, there's jperformance (which i have on my GT), HKS, blitz, fujitsubo, kakimoto etc etc. for price and how easy they are to find i'd go for japspeed. paid £70 for a full japspeed system in great condition for my glanza

Might help saying which style wepr manifold you have? ramhorn? evo? power up? all the decats are to suit the different kits i believe.

Item For Sale: MK1 GT Turbo Bumper with lip and fogs Item Condition & Description: It's been sprayed in 3E5 red (very badly- it was desperate times lol and anyone who laughs pays £10 more haha). The condition overall is good- no chunks missing, fogs aren't crack at all and the lip isn't scuffed or anything- all original clips holding the lip on too i believe. Has had the number plate support cut but i still managed to fit one in the recess no problem using a bar. If i had the time i would have it prepped and primed before jae ready for the buyer to spray in the appropriate colour but i don't and the price reflects this. Getting harder to find these days! If it doesn't sell i'll probably just keep it but have five bumpers now and two cars so someone may aswel have the use out of this and help me raise some pennies for JAE. The house behind mine (my bedroom backs onto their garden) have a dog that barks and howls because they lock it out in the garden for hours at a time. It's not too bad in summer. Still barks but in winter when it's freezing and raining it's out there yelping and howling to go in and they all just ignore it. Like I can see them sat in the living room watching TV and not one of them bothers to let it in. That makes me was to pull a gun out and shoot it but it's not the dogs fault it's the family :/

yeah st185 are single pot, the st205 are the twin pot ones but i may be wrong sam has the single pot ones on his gt and limited massively the wheels he can use. I don't think it stops much better than mine on drilled discs and braided lines all round tbh...
